Policies
In order to
secure coach services with Executive Coach and Travel, Inc. all clients must
agree to the following terms and conditions described below. Refusal to comply
with terms and conditions could result in reservation cancellation. The
aforementioned client assumes all financial obligation and guarantees payment
with regard to incurred charges on all jobs ordered personally or by
authorized company personnel. Clients listed below personally guarantee payment
of any and all charges including but not limited to, all collection and
attorneys fees in case of delinquency.
By singing this contract I am
responsible for my own actions. The liability of any damages incurred to
the limousine is responsibility of the customer. The driver is only
responsible for damages incurred in an automobile accident, unless the
customer is at fault for the accident. The total charge for a service is
expected before departure. If you make an agreement for a booking and
cannot keep the scheduled booking it cannot be changed or rescheduled!
You must be 18 years of age or older to book a limousine at Executive
Coach and Travel, Inc. Deposits are non-refundable.
There will be NO smoking or possession
of illegal substances in ANY of Executive Coach and Travel, Inc. limousines.
If any of these things are found, the service will be halted and no
refund will be available. By signing this agreement I understand
that I am responsible for the actions of me and my guests and the damages
that may occur.
The fees are as follows for damages or
other charges:
1. $15.00 fee per piece if any crystal
is broken or missing.
2. $200.00 fee for each alcohol
sickness if any occurs.
3. $100.00 fee if caught smoking or
have left signs of tobacco usage during rental
4. Other damages to the limousine, if
any, will be added if needed.
5. If there is any bad weather where
the car is considered in danger, we must reschedule to a later date.
Safety is our primary concern.
No-shows will be charged a full price.
In case of a conflict between the advertised price and/or the quoted/invoiced
price, the quoted price will prevail and the above client is obligated to pay
the full fare as stated on the quote. It is the passengers responsibility to
collect a copy of the quote/invoice directly from the driver by the end of the
ride.
The client permits Executive Coach
and Travel, Inc. to submit unsigned credit card vouchers, stating that client's
signature is on file, or to amend, alter, complete, or execute on behalf of the
client, credit card vouchers in clients name, for payment of charges.
Payment in full is due two weeks prior to
reservation date. If no payment is received at least one week prior to
reservation date, the amount due will automatically be charged on the back-up
credit card. I hereby authorize Executive Coach and Travel, Inc. to use my credit card to back up this account in case payment was not received
by the due date.
